Member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC WBO and ICC France), member of the working groups preparing the “Asset Acquisition Contract” model contracts, updating of the Commission’s “Turnkey – Major Projects” model contract ICC International Business Practices; Member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association, Vice-Chairman of the Insolvency Commission of the IPBA; Member of the Arbitration Club (London) and the International Commission of the Paris Bar; Contributor to the World Bank for the Annual Doing Business Report (Chapter Resolving Business Difficulties) (since 2006); Officer of the “International Sales” Committee of the International Bar Association (2003 – 2005); Chairmanship of the mixed working group AFJE (French Association of Corporate Lawyers) - International Commission of the Paris Bar on the Legal Privilege of Corporate Lawyers (2002-2003)
