EXPERIENCES
François GRENIER worked in public companies (SNCF – Legal Department), then in the Public Economic Law Department of the Ministry of Justice. After following the training of Administrative Court Advisors, he was a lecturer at the Universities of Orléans and Sceaux. Consultant then collaborator in several Parisian law firms renowned in public law, he is one of the founding partners of SMITH D’ORIA.
François is the author of numerous articles and works, but is also at the origin of various published case laws of administrative and civil courts (for example, in civil service and disciplinary law see: CE ord., February 5, 2016, no °396431, mentioned in the Tables of the Lebon Collection). Member of the Environment Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce, he spoke in this context at the World Climate and Territories Summit (Lyon, 2015) where he moderated pro bono the Conference “Climate Risk Management and Adaptation” in the presence of the President of the Republic and the Minister in charge of the environment.
